Our historic building still shows the original signage from the hardware and general store run by the Lawson family for nearly a century. The Farmer's Supply, now a five-unit boutique apart-hotel in downtown Floyd, carried the name forward as a tribute to that history.

There is a side entrance to the building that is located on S. Locust St. that is the main entrance for The Farmer’s Supply. Please note Lichen or Knot shares the same side entrance.

An apart-hotel (short for apartment-hotel) combines the privacy and amenities of an apartment  (a full kitchen, a private entrance, more space) with the convenience of hotel-style booking and self-service check-in. At The Farmer's Supply, that means a real bed, a full kitchen, and a door code that's yours for the length of your stay, with no front desk hours to work around.

Check in is at 4pm. Check out is at 11am

Free overnight parking is available behind the Floyd County Courthouse, located across the street from Farmer's Supply.  More directions will be provided after booking.

Some of our units are pet friendly but not all. See each unit's description to check if it is pet friendly. If you have any questions regarding pets, please feel free to reach out to us.

While most of our units do not have stairs within the unit, its important to note that there are stairs leading to the 200 level units. Theses stairs provide access to upper-level units. Please keep this in mind when considering your accommodation preference.

Yes. Each of our units have wifi.

Yes! We are located just about six miles away. Take Route 8 south out of town and you're on the Parkway, with Mabry Mill, Rocky Knob, and Chateau Morrisette all close by.

The Friday Night Jamboree is an institution in Floyd, and it is a one minute walk from The Farmer's Supply Apart-Hotel.
